This is our first attemp at a blog. If you’re not familiary with blogs, they are internet based log entries for a diary or journal that you want to publish so others can read.

I want to use this as a midweek touchpoint. Periodically, I will post discipleship messages and leadership messages designed to be a devotional point to help our body grow.

The theory behind this comes from Acts 19:9-10 “…He took the disciples with him and had discussions daily in the lecture hall of Tyrannus. This went on for two years, so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia heard the word of the Lord.“

The early church grew exponentially because they were receiving God’s word daily through the apostle’s ministry. We live in a different world today where time is much more limited. So it’s not possible for us to meet daily. For most of us, meeting on Sundays for worship and fellowship and possibly at a midweek Bible study is what we’re limited to.

But the internet can bridge some of our time constraints. Our church family can receive teaching from myself and others in the church leadership on our own schedule via a blog like this one.

We’ll use every resource we have to the glory of God!
